Buying Artwork

All paintings/collages are sold and shipped framed. When Your order is received we will E-mail You with details for Your total costs, which include the price of the artwork and shipping costs. At the same time You will also be informed about the approximate time for the arrival of Your order. Sometimes a painting can be part of an exhibition and cannot be shipped at once. When You have accepted the total costs and we have registrated Your paid bank transfer, the artwork will be shipped to You.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

After receiving the artwork, You have rights of returning it within 8 days. You will be fully refunded the price of the artwork minus the cost of a suitable insured returning shipment.

DAMAGE OF ARTWORK

If by accident the artwork should be damaged during shipping, You must return the artwork with proof of returning shipping costs, - then You will fully be refunded all costs, plus the price of the artwork.

AUTHENTICITY and COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

All artworks are unique and signed by the artist, who also keeps the rights of the image. If You want to use the artwork for commercial purpose, contact first the artist for permission.
